Where to eat

Pierogi, dishes with local fish and fruit, wine from the Sandomierz Upland. The town sits in orchard country, so look for apples and juices in season. Small places around the Square and its side streets.

Where to stay

Hotels and guesthouses in the Old Town and rooms just outside the walls. Book ahead in summer and on long weekends.
